Mirror TV in a Period Home

In a stunning, recently renovated period cottage, the homeowner wanted a discreet television solution that wouldn't disrupt the charm of their sitting room. While they had seen Mirror TVs before, they remained sceptical about whether one could truly blend into their space without looking out of place.

The client’s priorities included:

• A TV that wouldn’t dominate the aesthetics of their beautifully designed room.
• High-quality sound without visible speakers cluttering the space.
• A seamless installation with all wiring completely hidden.
• Simple operation with a single remote for TV and audio.

To achieve this, we collaborated closely with the client to select a bespoke over-mantel Mirror TV, ensuring:

• The soundbar remained completely hidden, yet delivered vastly superior audio to standard TV speakers.
• Precise cable routing, drilling at carefully calculated angles to conceal wiring within the frame—feeding power, TV aerial, and internet connections into a discreet alcove.
• A seamless installation process, minimising disruption and ensuring a flawless finish.
• Exceptionally clean and tidy workmanship, ensuring the installation was carried out with the utmost care and leaving the space immaculate throughout the process.
• One-touch control, where the TV remote effortlessly managed both the display and audio system.

The final installation was a triumph. The Mirror TV blended seamlessly into the room, maintaining the period aesthetic while delivering premium picture and sound quality. The client was thrilled with how effortlessly the system operated and how naturally it fit into the space.

"We were sceptical at first, but the result is incredible—the TV disappears when off, and the sound is leagues beyond standard setups. It doesn't look out of place in the slightest!"

This project is a perfect example of how smart engineering, thoughtful design, and meticulous installation can deliver discreet, high-performance technology without compromising beauty.
